I’m going to start with how to set up your DS to access homebrew. This works for 2DS, old and new 3DS and old and new 3DS XL, and is currently available for Europe, Japan and the USA but don’t worry, other regions are being worked on! Homebrew Setup- including setup instructions for Soundhax (i’ll add oothax later) Most hacking tutorials only mention how to set up homebrew and don’t explain how to actually go about hacking and using the save editor, which I know can also be confusing for some of you so, I will also be including that in my tutorial! A screen should pop up and it should say Creating theme management information.ħ.Once it's done do NOT change your theme and go back to the homebrew launcher.Ĩ.Open menuhax_manager v2.0 and now on the bottom screen press down on the D-pad and select the Install custom theme option and press A to install HomeMenuhax.ĩ.Wait a bit and on the bottom of your bottom screen it should say Install finished successfully.
